There are seasons in a woman’s life when she realizes she is no longer meant to stay the same.

On September 25th, TGIF returns with one of our most powerful and thought-provoking themes yet:

BECOMING: The Art, Science & Courage of Transformation

What does it truly mean for a woman to become fully herself?

To evolve through life’s transitions…
To reclaim confidence after challenge…
To express creativity more boldly…
To pursue meaningful goals with courage and resilience…
To step more fully into the woman she is still becoming.

This unforgettable morning will explore transformation from every angle — physical, emotional, creative, and psychological — through the voices of three extraordinary women whose work is changing lives around the world. Join us to meet:

Dr. Kathy Huang
A nationally recognized, Board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon will TEACH us how she is helping women to reclaim confidence, identity, and health & healing through every stage of life through both surgical and non-surgical options.

Arianna Ross
An internationally celebrated literary artist, educator, and non-profit CEO will GIVE us insight on how using storytelling, theatre, movement, and the arts can build community, and foster connection, inclusion, and creativity. Arianna has taught creativity workshops around the globe and believes in the power of the arts to solve complex problems and to elevate voices through story.

Gianna Vallefuoco
A renowned artist, entrepreneur and mindfulness and meditation teacher will INSPIRE us with her groundbreaking work focusing on mental fitness training to minimize the suffering in our heads and maximize true human connection to harness creativity.

Together, these remarkable women will guide us through conversations about reinvention, resilience, creativity, courage, healing, confidence, purpose, and the extraordinary potential women carry within themselves.

And there is something profoundly powerful about exploring those ideas together — in a room filled with extraordinary women like you.

Introduce a friend to the TGIF magic. It’s too good not to share!

We cannot wait to welcome you.

Arianna RossARIANNA ROSS – Give Speaker

Founder, CEO, Storyteller & Thought Leader

Arianna Ross is a literary artist, educator, and nonprofit executive whose work centers story as a foundational tool for learning, leadership, and community life. For more than 26 years, she has worked across education, nonprofit leadership, and community development, helping individuals and organizations communicate with clarity, purpose, and shared understanding through the arts.

Early in her career, Arianna worked at the National Endowment for the Arts reviewing historical funding for writers during a period when individual artist grants had been eliminated. That experience shaped her enduring commitment to literary arts and to building visible, sustained pathways for writers, lyricists, and poets. Story Tapestries was founded from this foundation. The organization is grounded in story as both art and practice—supporting writing, performance, and publication in traditional and nontraditional venues—and shaped by stories that are historical, stories being written today, and stories helping pave the way to the future.

Since founding Story Tapestries in 2010, Arianna has led the organization as Chief Executive Officer, guiding its growth as a mission-driven nonprofit that addresses complex challenges through creative practice. Under her leadership, Story Tapestries has reached more than four million individuals, strengthening communication, supporting mental health, and increasing access to expressive and literary arts across communities.

Arianna’s is a sought-after writer, keynote speaker, and consultant working across sectors. Leveraging a performance-based communication vocabulary grounded in story, she addresses complex challenges—including mental health, organizational culture, and community engagement—through creative strategies proven to strengthen connection and effectiveness.

Arianna believes in the power of the arts to meet any objective or goal when communication matters. Her leadership is grounded in a commitment to elevate voices and strengthen community through story. Her guiding principle remains central to her work: Find your voice. Tell your story.
